This article outlines how to submit diagnostics for your FreeWave ModuSense Module
Scan for and connect to your nearby FreeWave ModuSense Module
Select the "Diagnostic Info" option. If this option isn't available, your device is running a firmware version that does not support diagnostic information. Please see our article on how to upgrade your device firmware).
A loading screen will appear while the diagnostic information is retrieved from your device
Once loaded a details screen will show, displaying the diagnostic information pulled from your device. This information might not mean much to you but is very helpful for our team to diagnose any potential issues you may be experiencing.
To submit this information to our team, press the upload icon in the top right of the screen.
Note: This button will be changed in the next app release
All done! If you are working with our team currently, now is the time to let them know you have submitted the diagnostic information.
